About the Role : Speechworks Therapy Services is seeking an experienced Speech- Language Pathologist to provide part-time clinical supervision for Speech- Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). This role ensures quality service delivery through oversight, guidance, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide required supervision for assigned SLPA(s)
- Review and co-sign documentation as needed
- Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making
- Conduct periodic observations of direct sessions
- Maintain communication with SLPA(s) and administrative team
- Ensure compliance with NC Board and Medicaid requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current NC SLP license in good standing
- CCC-SLP preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
